Salary will be calculated to reflect the experience and knowledge the employee brings to the company regardless of academic qualifications.
10 days paid vacation plus a refresh period of several weeks following the completion of a project. Vacation time increases each year.
Incentive scheme is yet to be decided but plans are to give employees a direct percentage of the company’s net profits. The exact percentage will be made known to the employee.
