現在見ている言語以外で表示したい場合は、
Internet Explorerを次のように設定してください。
［ツール］メニューの［インターネットオプション］を選択し、
［言語］ボタンをクリックしてください。
［言語の優先順位］のウィンドウがでますので、
表示したい言語（英語/日本語）をリストの一番上に設定 し、更新してください。 In order to view these pages in either english or japanese
please set your language preferences in Internet Explorer.
These settings are available from the Tool ->
Internet Options menu.
Click on the "Language" button and add the language of
your choice (English/Japanese) to the top of the list.
