Privacy Policy

At Q-Games Ltd. (defined as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, or ‘Q-Games’), we take your privacy very seriously. We understand the importance of protecting your privacy and value your comments, suggestions, and feedback.

This privacy policy explains how we use and disclose your personal information in relation to the use of our game Scrappers (‘Game’), published and made available to you by Apple through its Apple Arcade service.

Our Game uses only services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s privacy policy.

Our Game receives only very limited data about you and only when you choose to access any Apple Game Center features or online-only features of the Game. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers. We do not share any data with third parties.

We use the following player data but do not store it on our servers or share it with anyone:

  • Game Center avatar: Used as your profile picture for your in-game profile.
  • Game Center nickname: Used to display your name in matchmaking and multiplayer modes (so you see the names of your teammates).
  • Game Center gamePlayerID: Used to identify each player at the start of multiplayer games only.

In order to participate in Apple’s Game Center, the Game will also collect your progress in the Game (e.g., stages completed, scores, and unlockables). You can turn off tracking of this information—but if you do, then certain features of the Game won’t work. For example, you won’t be able to play online multiplayer games or unlock Game Center achievements. As a result, you will only be able to play in single-player offline mode. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple settings.

Although our Game makes use of player data, it does not send this data to Q-Games or to any third parties. All data described in this privacy policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple (for Game Center or iCloud).

If you do not want the Game to collect this data and information, then you must delete the Game from your device and — if you have enabled saving information in iCloud — from iCloud.

We handle data from children under 13 years of age, or equivalent minimum age in the child’s relevant jurisdiction, in the same way as other users and as described in this policy. We limit our data collection and use persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game only. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding our privacy policy and/or practices, please contact us at contact@q-games.com.
